Basic Tutorial:

There are 4 tab points
    -Otsjuke / Winamp
    -Minutes to kill (up to 360 minutes) / Time to kill (MMDDHHMM)
    -Text input box for the kill time
    -Start button

The toughest choice is for the Text box. Pretty simple if you want to just kill Winamp or Otsjuke (make Live Protect can not be selected under 'options') for a length of time up to 360 minutes or 6 hours. Thus all you would input is the number of minutes.

If you want to put in a specific kill time some point in the day, you would do so in 2 digit date format:
MM = Month = 01 - 12
DD = Day = 01 - 31
HH = Hour = 00 - 23
MM = Minute = 00 - 59

So, for example if you wanted December 15 at 8:23 am it would be 12150823.
Or if you wanted July 2 at 5 pm, it would be 06021700.

Now, if you have inputted correctly, you will get a box asking you to confirm (yes), retry (no) or cancel. If you did not, you will get an appropriate error message mentioning the problem.

Now, if you want to cancel the kill, after it's waiting for the appropriate time, use "control + break (typically next to the scroll lock key)" to cancel. You then get a box saying it was done and to "ok" or "visit the creator's website", which in this case is http://www.thetestpattern.com.
